It was a great autumn day in Washington DC, as I cycled along Capital Crescent Trail and Mount Vernon Trail from Bethesda to National Airport for the last bit of nature colors before winter kicked in.

 

First week of November, when autumn was in its prime, my friends at the trails club organized this hiking trip to Catoctin Mountain. It turned out that autumn colors were spectacular this time of the year in the countryside.

 

Just before the prime of autumn in the middle of October, some of my friends in UMD's Terrapin Trails Club organized this hiking trip in Shenandoah. Well, it's (almost) the best time of the year in Shenandoah, what better way to spend the weekend?

 

After conclusion our visit to Vietnam, I will dedicate this post to a few thoughts of such a trip.

After eight days touring through North Vietnam, we were in Da Nang Airport and ready for our flights back.

Roughly a month ago a few college friends of mine told me they would be renting a house in Boston for the weekend and hold a gathering of chats and games and exchanges of cooking skills. Well, that sounds like an exciting way to spend a weekend that's sure to go down in memories, so of course I'm in.

Just after the start of Fall 2018 semester, some of my friends in UMD's Terrapin Trails Club organized this hiking trip to visit the highest points of the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia, which would be my first trip with the club.

After a trip to Vietnam the photos of which I could only hope that I have time to process and some time with my parents, I packed up all my holiday shopping back home and went on this journey back to the States.

Last day in Vietnam, we would visit Linh Ứng Temple and Hải Vân Gate on the outskirts of Da Nang before heading off home.

Having left Hoi An for the nearby city of Da Nang, I visited SunWorld Da Nang Asia Park on the afternoon of Jan 13, and the next day SunWorld Ba Na Hills. Since they are both amusement parks under the same company, I would combine them in one post.
