It was a great autumn day in Washington DC, as I cycled along Capital Crescent Trail and Mount Vernon Trail from Bethesda to National Airport for the last bit of nature colors before winter kicked in.

 

A post about my weekend hiking trip to Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park in Potomac, Maryland, where we hiked Billy Goat Trail B and visited Olmsted Island Overlook with views of the raging Potomac River.

First week of November, when autumn was in its prime, my friends at the trails club organized this hiking trip to Catoctin Mountain. It turned out that autumn colors were spectacular this time of the year in the countryside.

 

The last two days of my Florida spring break trip, I would be driving back from Jacksonville. Despite I spent the majority of these two days on the road, which weren't the most interesting material, I still made make this post, mostly of dashcam photos, so that the entire journey was whole here.

Nineth day of my spring break Florida road trip. Today I would be driving up Florida's East Coast on its scenic A1A route from Daytona Beach to Jacksonville, visiting a few attractions along the way.

Eighth day of my spring break Florida road trip. I would be visiting Wynwood Walls of Miami in the morning, and took the scenic Florida Route A1A up the east coast in the afternoon.

Seventh day of my spring break Florida road trip. I would spend the majority of the day in Everglades National Park, among crocodiles and mangroves.

Sixth day of my spring break Florida road trip. After visiting some attractions in downtown Key West (which I picked "Ernest Hemingway Home"), I would be leaving the beautiful island of Key West for mainland Florida, which didn't go as planned.

Fifth day of my spring break Florida road trip. I would be visiting Dry Tortugas National Park, which was a small island with a civil-war era fort, located 70 miles off Key West.

Fourth day of my spring break Florida road trip. After grouping up with my friends, today we would be driving from the outskirts of Orlando to Key West.
