A bright sunny weekend in the middle of May, as I decided to embrace nature again. This time, I picked Rocks State Park in Northern Maryland, which consists of many short hiking trails.

As we left Outer Banks last night it was about halfway of our road trip to the Carolinas. Today and tomorrow we would be enjoying the wonderful historic city of Charleston South Carolina.

Our second and final day on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We planned to race through the southern chain of islands and hopefully reach somewhere between Charleston and Wilmington for the night, while trying to have as much fun as possible on the islands. It will be a packed day.

A warm day in the month of May as summer colors finally returned to the mountains. I headed out to Shenandoah National Park for some hiking.

It was a great autumn day in Washington DC, as I cycled along Capital Crescent Trail and Mount Vernon Trail from Bethesda to National Airport for the last bit of nature colors before winter kicked in.

First week of November, when autumn was in its prime, my friends at the trails club organized this hiking trip to Catoctin Mountain. It turned out that autumn colors were spectacular this time of the year in the countryside.

 

The last two days of my Florida spring break trip, I would be driving back from Jacksonville. Despite I spent the majority of these two days on the road, which weren't the most interesting material, I still made make this post, mostly of dashcam photos, so that the entire journey was whole here.
